The room was small but functional and always clean, with air conditioning. Maybe a minibar would have been nice. The staff were wonderful — the man at reception gave us a map and Marco sorted everything and gave great restaurant advice. Breakfast was complete. We arrived early and check-in wasn't until 14:00, so we left our bags and used the bathroom. It's a good hotel, nice inside and out, with a great location. Florence felt very safe to walk around at any hour. We had a car and the hotel recommended a parking lot, but we found free parking elsewhere.”
